Hi!
I am Debraj, a 4th year undergrad of the Indu Department. I keep putting myself out of time by jumping from one thing to another, even I don't know why. I guess that's a fault of my indecisiveness. Every 3 months, my whole aim and purpose of life changes (I don't know how I still managed to finish my degree!)
In the little free time I get, I like to workout in the gym a lot, read some non-fiction, play some guitar, try to sing, albeit very bad :'(
I also like to keep my room clean, clothes ironed, and shoes shiny, does not go well with KGP culture, but okay :P !

- Saying some hurtful things to some people that changed the equation with them forever
- I think I started doing worthwhile things quite late in my college life and now there's no time left, I wish I had my priorities set a lot earlier

Things I'm Proud Of That You Won't See on a Resume
- I lost 30+ kgs after my first year after a spine injury when the doctor told me I could never run or walk straight again. I ran 4 half-marathons after that :')
- I solo-backpacked all-around quaint and beautiful places of Mumbai (including getting thrown out of an Air Force Base, and visiting Muhammad Ali Jinnah's abandoned house) during my internship, even though I was completely new to the city
- I am really proud of my jump roping skills. I taught myself a lot of cool tricks and they look good in a flow, like I am dancing or something. You can catch me jumping rope in the evening outside the RP hall gym!

Things I Have Learnt That Will Still Matter in 10 Years
- Discipline - I learnt how to get back up on my own without anyone's help after letting myself go
- Loving people genuinely (and maybe sometimes too much), however it is worth it for the right people
- Learning that it is important to fix things up with people and put your ego aside
2
The Stressful Times I Overcame Valiantly
- After my spine injury when the doc said that I should not run anymore, but I started jumping rope and fixed myself up
- When I rejected my PPO in pursuit of sitting for consulting companies and the very next day, did not get shortlisted for a top consulting firm, but made it into another after 4 months of hard work

Small Joys and Memories I Cherish
- When I test drove the car that I had partly designed and manufactured in TeamKART - the K6. I test drove it in front of Nehru Museum in the cold nights of December without any lights but that from mobile flashlights of teammates. The car had no brakes, and it was the most exhilarating experience ever!
